Making a purchase is simple. Browse our online shop, add your chosen flowers or gifts to your basket and proceed to checkout.
We accept most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Orders can also be placed over the phone.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Order confirmation confirms receipt of your order only. A contract is formed once payment has been processed.
This protects us in cases of pricing errors or unavailable products. If anything changes, we will always contact you first.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Saturday (UK time) may be delivered the same day.
Orders with a chosen delivery date will be delivered on that day (subject to cut-off times).
Orders for public holidays will be delivered the next working day.
UK delivery only via the website. For overseas deliveries please telephone.
No timed deliveries except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Delivery is attempted once. If no one is home, items are returned to the shop and a calling card is left.
Where possible, we may leave items with a neighbour.
If the recipient cannot collect, a new delivery date can be arranged.
We are not responsible for items left unattended.

All prices include VAT at 20%.
